Brief Introduction of the Non-alkali Fiberglass Tape:
Non-alkali fiberglass tape has flame retardant, high temperature resistance, good insulation, good corrosion resistance, less moisture absorption and strong pulling resistance.Non alkali Fiberglass tapes for winding motors, transformer is made of the non-alkali glass fiber yarns. The main component is E-glass, oxidation potassium, oxidation sodium, of which the content of oxidation of alkli metals is no more than 0.5%.
This product has good thermal resistance, excellent insulating, corrosion resistance.
Featurers:
1. Heat resistant performance, the highest temperature for use is 600 °C;
2. Light, heat resistance, heat capacity of small, low thermal conductivity. Soft, good stays;
3. Glass fiber with no water, no corrosion, not mildew to change, not bug eat by moth, not easily, a certain degree of scattered tensile strength;
4. Excellent resistance to aging performance;
5. Good sound-absorbing, higher than the average NRC requirements;
6. Use requirements can be tailored, sewing, easy construction;
7. Glass fiber has good electrical insulation performance;
8. Glass fiber for inorganic fibers, never burning;
9. Glass fiber with high strength and length of stability.
